The Canadian Press - MONTREAL - Paper and forestry company AbitibiBowater Inc. (TSX:ABH) says it is holding off for now on a second round of layoffs and plant closures after a recent restructuring aimed at cutting operating costs in a difficult market affected 2,600 jobs.
